To manage the WNES administration team including Reception Officers ensuring the first client contact team delivers outstanding customer service and provides administration support to the WNES team. The Administration officer provides personal assistance support to the WNES Manager including WNES payroll, petty cash and credit card reconciliation.
Manage Reception Officers in WNES Team acting as role model. Oversee WNES Reception Desk customer interaction including greeting clients, visitors and answering phone calls. Oversee WNES Reception Officers in day-to-day administrative and clerical functions as required (photocopying, faxing, shredding, laminating, filing, archiving documents and correspondence); Oversee WNES Reception Officers resolving client issues/ complaints and maintaining complaints register; oversee distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and dispatch outgoing mail; prepare and maintain assets registry by collecting and analysing information; manage ordering of stationary supplies for WNES Team and maintain stationery cupboard in an orderly manner; maintain objective, accurate and relevant records in line with the organisation's policies and legislative requirements; fulfil personal assistant tasks to WNES Manager; execute administration tasks as required by the WNES team.
