In addition to providing Australia Post Services, the DLPO offers a central location for individuals and businesses to access identity services, bill payments, key-cutting, photocopying, and to access Telstra products. Since coming under Frilled Enterprises in 2015, DLPO has also expanded its retail arm to meet the needs of Derby's niche market, offering a range of stationery, gifts, sourvenirs, as well as local products including screen-printed fabric produced by Barooloo Arts. DLPO's commercial excellence was recognised through two Australia Post Retail Awards in 2021 and again in 2022. With seven staff - including trainees - DLP prides itself on offering high-quality local employment opportunities and vocational pathways for young people entering the workplace.
