About the Role

The Case Manager will deliver employment services as a primary point of contact for individual clients (job seekers) through their client journey from assessment, access to the system, job plan collation, mutual obligation monitoring, identifying professional client aspirations and upskilling clients to increase employability.

Requirements

Delivering employment services as a primary point of contact for individual clients (job seekers), you will be required to have relevant skills and/or experience in intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills (word, Excel, Outlook), including the ability to process comprehensive information on computers and online platforms. Demonstrated customer service skills in empathy, problem solving and communication is desired along with strong self-management skills in personal responsibility, stress and time management.


You must submit and provide the following documentation:

  • Driver's license (desirable)

  • Resume

Winun Ngari Aboriginal Corporation (WNAC) is the largest Community Development Provider for remote Aboriginal communities in the West Kimberley. In addition to serving communities in and around Derby, we provide services to remote communities located along the Gibb River Road, and Looma (including surrounding communities) including the town site of Derby.


Through Winun Ngari Employment Services (WNES) pre-employment services, job-seekers build a resume, identify work-pathways, access training, participate in supervised work-experience and are assisted in finding employment. WNES offers job-seekers a broad range of flexible CDP activities to increase their skills and contribute to their community.


WNES pre and post employment services work with job-seekers to identify and overcome specific barriers preventing them from gaining and remaining in employment.
